When the Autonomic is operational, birds perceive the system’s approaching laser beam as a physical danger and disperse to seek safety. In contrast to conventional deterrence methods, birds will not become accustomed to the Autonomic. They will consider the area as unsafe and will not return.

Safety comes first
Projection Safety System (PSS)
The patented Projection Safety System (PSS) prevents the Autonomic from projecting the laser beam outside of the predefined patterns.
The user has the ability to set up the safety sensitivity level (low, medium, high and extra high) by choosing appropriate settings based on preferences and characteristics of the pattern. The PSS thereby ensures harmless and safe operation of the Autonomic within the selected patterns.
The password prevents unauthorised adjustments to settings.
In an emergency, the Autonomic can be quickly deactivated by depressing an easily accessible emergency stop button.
Autonomic’s indicator light displays the system status at all times.

Autonomic comes in three models, each with a different laser output power. The Autonomic 100, 200 and 500. Choosing the right model is essential in order to generate a laser projection with sufficient contrast for effective bird dispersal.
A higher laser output power is recommended for use during bright light conditions.
Distance and beam angle
A higher laser output power balances out the loss of contrast when the laser beam is spread over a larger surface area. The Autonomic laser is effective over a long distance; however, the actual surface area covered by the laser depends on particular situations and obstacles in the field.

A higher laser output power is recommended for use in an environment that includes light absorbing surfaces.
